PARA 1115 Family Law
Introduces the student to the issues which may arise in family law cases and to the role of the paralegal in as-sisting the attorney in the development and presentation of such cases. Topics include: issues associated with cli-ent and witness interviews, marriage validity and dissolu-tion, litigation support in family law matters, issues con-cerning children, special matters in family law, and at-torney and paralegal ethical obligations.
