Welcome to Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC). The faculty, staff, and administration at CPTC are committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives. We are proud to serve our 13-county service delivery area with seven campuses, multiple adult education sites, and over 140 programs of study. Our goal is your success.
CPTC is an institution for individuals from all walks of life – unemployed job seekers, employees seeking advancement, high school graduates, current high school students, employers or senior citizens. We offer quality academic programs that lead directly to employment or transfer to four-year colleges or universities. Many of our services are free, and our programs are accessible, affordable, and convenient. We offer flexible class scheduling through day, evening, weekend, and online courses. CPTC instructors meet students where they are educationally in order to help them get where they want to be.
As a Unit of the Technical College System of Georgia, we offer degree, diploma and certificate programs as well as adult education, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes and workforce development services. The College’s dual enrollment program provides exceptional opportunities for Georgia high school students to take college level courses and earn credit toward a high school diploma and a college degree at the same time. Additionally, job placement and financial aid assistance are available – including the HOPE Grant, HOPE Scholarship and the Hope Career Grant.
If you choose to pursue another degree or academic credential after graduating from CPTC, our articulation agreements with University System of Georgia colleges and universities, as well as private colleges and universities, make it much easier for you to reach your ultimate educational goal.
